Trademark portfolio data administration and specific trademark task;
Check trademark renewals certificates, administrate data in our software / IP Management System and prepare reports;
Check invoices received from agents in different jurisdictions / countries in connection with trademark renewals;
Prepare invoices to clients if necessary, update our software / IP Management System;
Communicate effectively in English and preferably also in German / French, mostly by e-mail;
Meet deadlines and follow-up on commitments;
Develop strong internal and external relationships;
After an intensive training, you will be assigned a dedicated part of world-wide jurisdictions for which renewals have been instructed with regular follow-ups on pending matter
University Degree in Business / Accounting / Applied Foreign Languages or similar;
Fluent spoken and written English;
French and / or German are a plus;
Interest in Intellectual Property, focused on meanings and legal requirements, strong attention to detail;
Very good command of Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
Service oriented, willingness to learn and ambitious towards achieving objectives;
Precise and autonomous working style with a critical mind-set;
