We are looking for a motivated, hands-on candidate with passion for Customer Service to join our CS High Volume Hiring team, as Recruiting Specialist.

The recruiting Specialist work virtually but closely with Recruiting Lead and the Recruiting Assistant, providing them support in the mass hiring process of new Customer Service Associates, in Italy.

The role will be based our Customer Service Center in Iasi or from home in Romania, it will report to the virtual structure of the EU CS HVH Team.

The ideal candidate possess great communication and analytical skills. They have the ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing service to the candidate and internal customers.

The recruiting process for high volume hiring roles is managed virtually and does not require direct interactions and screening of candidates, allowing flexibility and fast process of applications.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Utilize relevant channels to source candidates
  • Manage pipeline via recruiting platforms ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to onboarding
  • Owns the recruiting process to improve candidate onboarding experience
  • Proactively network and build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to hiring
  • Report on sourcing channel measures of success
  • Organize and attend local events as required
  • Recommend and track marketing / branding initiative and spend
  • Collate data for reports, produce trend analysis
  • Build agencies partnership and monitor performance
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • High volume hiring experience
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (Verbally and Written)
  • Good communication skills and organizational skills
  • Good consulting skills and ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or French language
  • Knowledge of local labor law
  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR fields
  • Master's level degree
