As a BI Developer within HR Tech you will work closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to provide HR Tech and the Tech organization and management with insights and recommendations and develop and maintain relevant metrics and KPI’s.

Your day-to-day :

  • You will contribute in identifying internal needs and translate them into technical solutions;
  • You bring structure to the data. This may sound simple, but not all data is delivered in a ready-made package;
  • You look for the necessary information and check its reliability;
  • You build formulas, carry out calculations and provide answers to the requests.;
  • You will integrate and maintain data into existing data warehouse;
  • You transfer the structured data into reports so that an analyst can use them.
  • Who we are looking for :

    We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated team-player to be part of the HR Tech Data Analytics Team who has the following characteristics :

  • 3+ Years’ experience as Microsoft SQL Developer;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, scripting and administration (install, security, log, jobs, etc.);
  • Administration of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (or higher) Databases;
  • Advanced experience within SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
  • Advanced experience Windows PowerShell and automatization with it;
  • Experience with Power BI (reporting, visualization, administration);
  • Experience in dealing with large quantities of data (and performance tuning);
  • Ability to translate requirements;
  • Experience with pair programming, release automation, continuous deployment;
  • Passionate about data insights;
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is considered a plus;
  • Microsoft SharePoint (Administration, Excel Services, PowerPivot, Reporting Services, PowerView, PerformancePoint);
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
  • Ability to actively introduce improvements and innovations;
  • Ability to find alternative solutions.

    Being part of the HR Tech Data Analytics team means that you will be working in a team that is young and evolving. You will be working in a multidisciplinary and co-located team dedicated to support HR Tech and other stakeholders within the Tech organization on activities aimed to ensure data-driven decision-making.
