We are looking for an experienced Talent Seeker (at least 1year of previous work experience in the HR / recruiting area) , who isgoing to be responsible for setting up and delivering the selection process from A to Z , collaborating with the local hiringmanagers and other recruiting partners.
You will be continuously looking fornew recruiting trends and developments in the Engineering market.
What will you actuallydo :
Develop hiring and candidate sourcing approaches in conjunctionwith the Hiring Managers’s needs;
Manage hiring requisitions from capturing & validating thedemand to candidate management;
Roadmap strategic Sourcing Channels to deliver the best resultsacross quality and quantity of hires;
Hunt, farm and engage with unique and / or passive candidatesthrough creative sourcing techniques;
Conduct video interviews with the candidates engaged in therecruitment process and constantly communicating the feedback during theprocess;
Support the hiring managers by building high-performance teams andpartnering whenever needed;
Create robust pipelines while providing a seamless, uniform, justlike you would want it candidate experience;
Provide the pipeline status to the business teams and participatein regular calls related to the state of the projects;
Develop relationships across multiple teams;
Work with the Talent Sourcing Lead to understand short- andlong-term Talent Sourcing objectives and hiring forecasts; creating andimplementing short- and long-term tactical sourcing plans;
Add value and share best practices with your colleagues.
