District Manager ( North West )

About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to National Sales Force Manager CHC, as a District manager you will be responsible for recruitment, training, mentoring, evaluating, motivating, supervising and organizing the activity of the Sales Force Representative team.

You will manage sales efforts within the assigned territory by implementing the work procedures and methods and the Territorial Management best practices so as to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the Group for the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, calculates and monitors business expenses and costs in the assigned area, plans and consults sales support activities in the area, allocates the sales plan according to relevant criteria so as to increase turnover and optimize costs
  • Participate in developing and implementing business campaigns, prepares and conducts presentations and events for pharmacists and physicians, distribution companies and Sales Force Representatives
  • Ensure cooperation within the team for organizing various business events in order to increase product visibility, market share and sales
  • Create, develop and maintain relationships with people in decision-making positions and work partners (opinion leaders, pharmacists, distributors, etc.
  • who promote the company's products and permanently exchanges information with them in order to increase awareness of the products and the sales volume

    About You

    Essential requirements :

  • University Degree - diploma in economics / business management
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in in pharma sales and FMCG businesses
  • Previous experience as Area Sales Manager / District Manager
  • Strong skills in : strategic thinking, results orientation, people leadership, relationship and influence
  • Capacity to perform highly both individually and within a team
  • Characteristics : team-work, prospective vision, initiative, creativity and innovation
  • Excellent commercial abilities, sales performance, marketing and merchandising knowledge
  • Strong change management abilities
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Advanced English skills; Romanian native speaker
  • Driving license cat. B
  • It would be advantageous to have (not essential) :

  • Location Cluj
  • Good knowledge and understanding of OTC market
