Reporting to CommercialFinance Leader EMEA, the Financial Controller is responsible for managingFinance within the Region (Nordics & UK).
The controller is a key businesspartner within HIS sales organization providing a daily support to the RegionalSales Leaders.
The financial controller isaccountable for sales and margin analysis (country, customer, product etc.),and SG&A monitoring.
Also, the controller is managing and coordinatingmonthly close and is the leading stakeholder of cash collection & creditmanagement, working closely with customer service and AR department.
Thecontroller is in charge of reviewing the HFM Monthly reporting of the entitieslocated in the region (2 in Nordics and one in UK).
Sales, Margin, Booking, SG&A and Working Capital monitoring, analysis and reporting
Participate to pricing review form the pricing team & financial support to the operations (deal review, pricing approval, projects)
Review, enhance and develop both internal controls & financial awareness within the organization
Financial planning and analysis (Monthly forecast, Annual plan, periodic reforecast)
Monitor monthly closing (SIP Accruals, rebate accruals & reporting) Review and provide data to COE who are in charge of the close
Review and calculation of sales incentive programs and customer rebates programs. Provide regular SIP achievement reports to sales team
Business reporting support (Management Business Review)
Price Deviation Approval request - Prepare margin analysis to business approvers
Support to sale guy on specific request - customer analysis credit note request and update on returns / Pricing correction
YOU MUST HAVE
Master degree in Finance and / or engineering school and / or business school
Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion, use of Business Object
English required, both written and spoken
Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel (but also Access)
Financial analysis : ROI analysis, sales analysis (customer / product mix, price / volume effect etc )
First experience as Financial Analyst for at least 1-2 years, prior controller experience is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in supporting the business
