Responsibilities :

  • Ensures business alignment to the client's overall service strategy and requirements
  • Ensures consistency in service delivery and business processes in the provision of services to the brand customer and consumers
  • Acts as the primary interface between SYKES and client's department(s)
  • Translates client requirements into effective local level goals and objectives
  • Communicates effectively and clearly the goals and objectives
  • Ensures the team(s) has / have complete awareness and understanding of all SLA’s, KPI’s and business objectives
  • Delivers all reporting as per the account reports suites
  • Adheres and reinforces SYKES policies and values
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in working with people on different levels
  • Previous people management experience is a must
  • Higher / further educational qualification or the equivalent
  • Technical or specific skills (e.g. technical, computer)
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Extensive Client management and relationship experience
  • Experience in working to achieving and exceeding client expectations, KPI’s and Service Level Agreements
  • Proficient in Italian and good level of English
  • Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
