As part of our strong growth in EEMEA region, we are looking for our future HR Business Partner in our brand new office located in Bucarest.

You will be the subject matter expert for all HR-related topics in Romania and take part in both local leadership & regional HR teams (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa).

You will be responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to directors, managers and employees and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market.

You will provide HR partnership to managers and directors focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes by executing the EEMEA HR strategy.

What will you do ?

HR Expertise / Consultation

Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective. Support managers on HR projects

Coache managers on HR and business-related issues

Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture

Deliver solutions that address issues of retention, change management and employee engagement, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate

Execute consistent HR services for the operating entity

Serve as subject-matter expert to managers

  • Apply policies and procedures across organization;
  • Assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and advise / counsel others in equitable application

    Implement solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices

    Relationship Management

    Effectively build strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group

    Maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities

    Business Acumen

    Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions

    Use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions

    Demonstrate working knowledge of the labor market and its relation to organizational success

    What you need

    B.A. or B.S from accredited university required

    Advanced Degree preferred

  • 8+ years of work experience required - previous HR experience including supporting multiple functions and interacting with COE'
  • s and business leaders is required

    Experience within a complex environment, with highly mature HR culture

    Fluency in English & Romanian is required

    Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills

    Demonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groups

    Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
