We are looking for an experienced Creative Team Leader to join our team! You will help grow our businessthrough day-to-day leadership of a team of creative experts (writers anddesigners) in the development of creative assets across the marketing mix.
Deliver a consistent and compelling brand andcustomer experience. This is a hands-on role where you will both manage a team and work as an individual contributor (writer or designer).
This position is basedin Bucharest and reports to the Global CD.
Creative Team Leader responsibilities
Ensure business continuity and build successionDevelop team member skills; provide formal performance and development feedback
Recruit staff / facilitate the integration of new team members
Oversee and monitor performance of consultants and agencies, as required
Create dashboards to monitor functionaleffectiveness
