We are looking for an experienced Creative Team Leader to join our team! You will help grow our businessthrough day-to-day leadership of a team of creative experts (writers anddesigners) in the development of creative assets across the marketing mix.

Deliver a consistent and compelling brand andcustomer experience. This is a hands-on role where you will both manage a team and work as an individual contributor (writer or designer).

This position is basedin Bucharest and reports to the Global CD.

Creative Team Leader responsibilities

Team ManagementManage day-to-day of team. Resolve problems and escalate as appropriateMonitor and assign tasks to the team within the agreed SLA Continually audit and improve department output.

Ensure business continuity and build successionDevelop team member skills; provide formal performance and development feedback

Recruit staff / facilitate the integration of new team members

Creative excellence Lead concepting of new campaignsWork as individual contributor, generating creative assets and executing (write, design etc.

Oversee and monitor performance of consultants and agencies, as required

Operational EffectivenessOversee development, including production schedules, job trafficking, and approval processes towards on time / budget delivery Continually improve scale, increase efficiencies and reduce costsIdentify and roll out best practice sharing to improve re-use and bolster productivity.

Create dashboards to monitor functionaleffectiveness

BrandComplianceEnsures brand consistency in all communicationsEnforce brand standards. Work with creative leadership to optimize standards for business needs

Qualifications

BA / BS degree in Graphic Design, advertising, communications or related field

Extensive experience in creating integrated BtoB and BtoC communications in a complex channel environment

3+ years experience in managing teams and professionals

Understanding of creative, production processes across entire MarCom mix.

Previous experience in managing a portfolio withmultiple brands and products

Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (if designer)

Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus

Strong knowledge of business, marketing and the digital world

Experience managing people

Mix of corporate and agency experience

Track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and changing priorities
