Administrators are able to model new benefits and test their potential impact on existing employee database.
They have the possibility to benchmark various benefits using history data.
Senior users are able to visualize various reports of system data in order to take informed business decisions (work levels, country, benefit types, user profiles, etc.)
Administrators are able to create custom surveys and to see aggregated results. Employees are able to take and submit surveys.
Track, record and analyse user / company behaviour within TRS so that patterns can be extracted from gathered data. These patterns can be used for predicting user / company behaviour or make recommendations based on employee / company interests and usage.
Benefits Admin :
The ability to manage the benefits in detail having all the available data. This will be built on top of the current rules engine made for the UK that allows for non-
coder employees to make updates. Modules include country rules, rewards list, detailed search, etc.
White labelling / Client on-boarding / Multi-tenant
The possibility of replicating TRS for other companies and use all the existing functionalities in the same way as Unilever does.
This job involves implementing requirementsusing the best technical solutions available. In order to implement the bestsolutions you will need to be well informed of the latest technologies andtrends in software development.
You will solve complex technical problems thatother team members may encounter, be an integral part of a Scrum team.
You will be exposed to a variety ofchallenges, from technical solutions and design to improving service deliveryfrom an end-to-end perspective.
