Interested in joining the team? We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Specialist who will be a key resource to support our worldwide marketing efforts to help plan, coordinate, and measure campaigns by both leveraging and establishing marketing systems, dashboards and tools.
This role will also have responsibilities for developing and executing campaigns for new customer acquisition and awareness, as well as retention and growth of the installed base.
What you'll do : Responsible for overall campaign planning and execution, performance management including forecasting lead targets for programsWork closely with sales for field marketing programs, and global eventsPlan, organize and execute on global events, including performance of those eventsWork closely with product on product related communication and campaign execution to clients and prospectsTrack and analyze campaign effectiveness to ascertain when campaigns are successful or need to be changed, provide analysis and recommendations regarding campaigns and present analytical insightsEstablish KPIs and ROI models for marketing campaigns and rigorously analyze results to improve the effectiveness of all programsDevelop the constant optimization and enhancement of templates, website & landing pages, email deliverability, A / B testing, etc.
Responsible for install base communication and loyalty and retention programs, including executing on Customer Satisfaction SurveysDevelop and implement lead nurturing tactics for multiple campaign streamsWhat you need to have : 2-
3 years of marketing campaigns experience out of which 2 years in B2B marketingBachelor’s degree or equivalent required in marketing, business administration or statics economics, math / statistics or significant analytical experienceExperience and proficiency in Marketo (or similar), Salesforce.
