  • Understand, interpret and relate organization’s strategies and visions into Career Development initiatives
  • Manage and drive the Carrer Development projects proactively
  • Be a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, provide input on the HR implications of the operational decisions and plans
  • Be involved in implementing, controlling and running employee development tools, such as : performance review, individual development plans, promotion process, performance and potential assesment
  • Collaborate with the head of HR to develop programs and processes that promote a positive work environment
  • Work with the systematic development of our career models and with talent management processes
  • Take over the operational responsibility of carrer developments processes, with focus on areas of annual promotion, target agreements, compensation plans, bonus processes
  • Proactively advice and support management and employees on career developments topics
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience in the HR field with focus on career development
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Self-responsible, proactive, solution-oriented and structured working attitude
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
