As a Materials Mgmt Analyst II within our Performance Materials and Technologies business; You will become part our Centralized Planning Center of Excellence.
It is the Planning COE’s mission to ensure planning of our factories and raw materials are done so in a way that delights our customers with best in class performance.
You will be empowered to execute and improve tactical and planning activities of purchasing goods and services from suppliers.
You will analyze, optimize and replenish inventory levels to meet the factories required stocking levels. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and validate MRP signals to maintain the best possible inventory levels.
You will have the opportunity to apply, develop and communicate new ways of driving materials planning excellence.

Validate MRP output to determine quantities and dates for the Pos to be released
Drives the Implementation of the site RM PFEP Processes and manage Inventory as per the Entitlement
Identify MOQ / EOQ / Lot sizes outside of entitlement and working with Strategic Sourcing to resolve
Collaborate with production planners and schedulers to manage supply as per the SIOP plan
Work with Commodity management to address supply of constrained commodities and provide solutions
Coordinate engineering change activities with procurement and / or Honeywell site
Active participant in new part set up and standard transition processes
Identify shortages and pull ins to ensure continued delivery and production risk
Manage exception messages and make changes to POs as well as related Master data
Drive VMI replenishment strategies to improve inventory and delivery performance
Communicate long term supplier forecasts
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience in purchasing / supply chain
Minimum 2 years’ operational buying / planning experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience and expertise with MRP / ERP Systems
Influencing / Communication Skills : Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written, including meeting facilitation and presentations
Ability to work with remote / virtual teams
Detail oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities.
Direct experience buying materials for production operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.)
Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse Tools (Tableau, etc.), Kinaxis Rapid Response or other planning software is a Plus
Proficiency in other second language such as Slovak, German, Bulgarian, Spanish
