The ideal candidate MUST have :
Fluency in English (both reading and writing);
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel;
Good learner, capable of adapting to a variety of tasks;
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Very well organized, with a good care for details, willing to carry out repetitive tasks;
Serious, reliable and thorough person
The job responsibilities are :
Creating and updating databases for products & product packages;
Updating the central database of the group with latest prices and offers;
Managing and administrating group systems (Dynamics CRM Online and Navision AXAPTA).
Initial training and support will be offered; the objective is to completely perform the administrative tasks on these systems and also to ensure the technical support for the other users, on a short to medium term.
