Stakeholders & Partnerships : To be successful in this role, the manager must have effective relationships / partnerships with key stakeholders in the CSS organization, including but not limited to :
Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 10+ years of direct people leadership experience (in manager of manager capacities), preferably managing technology operations or large sized organizations Minimum 4-
years managing support engineering teams Strong global communication skills, and experience building partnerships with customers and partners.
Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed organization Demonstrated experience working with employees at different levels and building right stakeholder partnerships Ability to create effective relationships, to actively listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate across the organization Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or experience that meets the role expectations Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
