Main accountabilities you will :
As part of the IoT Fulfillment IT team you will onboard or perform changes to new / already existing Enterprises on the Ericsson Device Connection Platform (DCP) .
All activities are performed in accordance to customer contract.
You will interact with customer technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups, within Service Delivery organization.
Also you will interact with groups in Sales, R&D, 3rd Party suppliers.
