Perform standard and ad-hoc quality checks;
Review and perform necessary corrections in the personnel administration master data;
Generate, verify, assume full legal responsibility and send Revisal registries, acordingly to legal deadlines and requirements;
Respond correctly, timley and effectively to team and business outbound incomming Revisal and Romanian Work Legislation inquiries,
Act as a constantly well informed, reliable source of information and trustworthy advisor concerning Work Legislation aspects and Revisal;
Deliver back-office specific service products according to catalogue;
Independently perform general personnel administration supporting tasks;
Adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreement, quality standards and other operational documentation;
Maintain request management system and back-end systems according to the work instructions;
Answering effectively to customer inquiries in the area of personnel administration master data and document management, organizational management, training administration;
generating various certificates and back-office indirect recruitment tasks;
Professional service-oriented attitude related to the business queries , answering and dispatching customer requests;
Support compliance to specified standards;
Pro-active involvement in process improvement and technical projects;
Collaborative approach, orientation towards ongoing behavioral and technical self-development;
Increased attention to details, adaptability, resilience and genuine team spirit.
Your Qualification :
University (BS or Master) degree;
English advanced mandatory;
Service delivery professional with proven track record ofperforming in a business environment;
Expert updated knowledge of the Romanian Work Legislationand Revisal;
Human Resources Inspector- ITM Certification is anadvantage;
Minimum 1-2 years of practical independent Revisaloperating expertise, preferably in the SAP ERP environment;
Preferably minimum 3 years in HR function or 1 yearexperience in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR servicesarea);
Microsoft Excel-Word PowerPoint medium-advanced expertise, SAP;
HR Administration experience would be nice to have(Personnel Administration, Bank-Medical-Other Certificates).
