The Single Front Door organization, part of Technology EnterpriseSolutions, is the single interface between Group Enterprise and GroupEnterprise Technology for customer opportunities ensuring that what we sell,can be delivered and operated, that all risks are known and documented,resource and capacity are available and regular and standardized status updatesare being provided back to Group Enterprise
Withthese activities you will have a great impact on our business :
Act as Single Point ofContact for specific opportunities requiring delivery and operations engagement,thereby collaborating with Vodafone stakeholders across all functional areas
Support the SeniorOpportunity Manager to create quotes and delivery plans in the support of largeand or complex opportunities where there are multiple products and servicesbeing proposed
Create supporting materialsfor the Senior Opportunity Manager to assist with the delivery of customerproposals. Including presentations and standard answers to customer requestswithin the Bid process
Ensure that the interfacingprocesses for Demand Management and Mobilisation of Won Opportunities have therequired inputs, meeting the quality and standards agreed within theseprocesses
With these skills you are agreat candidate :
Project Managementqualification (equivalent Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP)
Service Management qualifiedITIL Foundation Practitioner or Expert would be advantageous for position
Good level of experienceusing standard office tools In particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent English writtenand spoken multi-lingual skills would be advantageous German and or Spanishspecifically
