Job Description :

You are experienced in marketing in FMCG company and looking for a new challenge? Then we would like to hear from you!

Reporting to General Manager directly and functionally to Marketing Director, CEE region, you will lead and organize the country marketing planning, direction, development and execution of strategic plans for all products and categories.

You will have an overall responsibility for volume / profitability, advertising, consumer & trade promotion, merchandising, packaging, new products and pricing.

As Marketing Manager you would be :

  • Arranging all marketing activities in the country;
  • Managing P&L and budget of marketing;
  • Implementing brand communication plans;
  • Monitoring execution of plans and making course correction as needed;
  • Developing comprehensive annual marketing plans and presenting them to the Marketing Director;
  • Taking part in developing pricing strategy;
  • Working with partners such as research, sales, product development, manufacturing, quality, finance, legal and advertising agencies.

    Requirements :

  • Fluent in English;
  • Demonstrable specific professional experience in Marketing in FMCG company;
  • Master of Science or MBA level in food technology or marketing is a plus;
  • Demonstrated relevant skills & results in consumer packaged goods marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, consumer & trade promotion, P&L management and business planning required;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Expert level understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing and a sound understanding in Sales;
  • Efficient, results and reporting oriented.
