Reporting to General Manager directly and functionally to Marketing Director, CEE region, you will lead and organize the country marketing planning, direction, development and execution of strategic plans for all products and categories.
You will have an overall responsibility for volume / profitability, advertising, consumer & trade promotion, merchandising, packaging, new products and pricing.
As Marketing Manager you would be :
Working with partners such as research, sales, product development, manufacturing, quality, finance, legal and advertising agencies.
Efficient, results and reporting oriented.
