Work In Startups is currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant. The position is remote and part-time .

Responsibilities :

  • First point of contact for customers on email (a smart phone with notifications might be useful)
  • Reply to our customers in a polite manner
  • Notify the team if issues escalate
  • Check the jobs posted each day and make sure they are comply with our policies
  • Check the companies creating accounts each day and make sure they comply with our policies
  • Have periodical Skype calls with the team
  • Key requirements :

  • Highly organised and autonomous
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Native-level English
  • Computer savvy (Gmail, Google docs)- English proficient- Engaging and charismatic customer manner
  • Must be registered as Self-employed
  • What we offer :

  • Salary : 1500RON
  • Flexible hours (about 4h / day and sometimes less)
