Our Premier Management Team supports customers, making it easy for them to do business online with Dell. We partner with sales, operations, finance and other key business stakeholders to ensure customers maintenance needs are met.
Assist sales and customers with any and all Premier related maintenance requests via Chat
Utilizing knowledge-based solutions
Providing real-time content updates and predefined processes

Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)

Prior experience in dealing with confidential information
BS / BA degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education related training and experience.
2 Years Experience in Customer Service and / or Chat Queue.
