Responsibilities :

Maintain the computer systems of the company

Perform security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts, monitoring and managing system resources

Perform system backup and recovery procedures

Provide technical support and guidance for the employees

Experience in operating systems (Windows) : installing, services configurations, backup, security

Requirements :

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming related issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

High customer service skills

Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency

Ability to deal with multiple tasks, to handle multiple high priorities, to balance changing priorities

The ability to learn quickly new technologies

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is preferred

Microsoft Certifications are a plus

Previous help-desk experience is a plus
