About the Role
The Digital Manager SEE will work collaboratively with the brand team, with the responsibility to ensure brand growth through developing and execution of digital communication strategies.
He / She will lead the digital communication implementation in 4 South-Eastern European markets and act as a center of digital expertise within the marketing and the extended team.

What You Will Do
Co-plan digital communication campaigns and lead implementation for all markets.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital multi-channel campaigns including : Social media, SEM / SEO, Display & Video campaigns, Mobile, KOLs, Influencers, owned platforms and channels.
Adapt and roll-out of global digital marketing tactics that will be implemented together with the brand strategies.
Support brand team with social media content strategy and ongoing social-media activities
Manage and optimize consumer communication and engagement in all owned digital platforms that have an always-on approach : websites, social media, SEO
Co-work digital tailor-made campaigns with selected retail customers
Help translate in-store activations in digital communication, with a focus on social media and provide support on selecting best-performing formats and mechanics for e-commerce activations
Lead digital reporting, consolidating key metrics into a dashboard view and presenting insights that drive actionable recommendations and work with digital tools : Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, etc.
Provide consultancy on UX, SEO / SEM, Paid Advertising and Social Media strategy to brand team
Bring in digital insights and thought leadership from industry, competitive and social intelligence, in support of brand building and digital innovation
Be the center of digital expertise and be responsible to establish and grow the digital awareness and knowledge within the organization across all departments and levels.
Who You Are
You have minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital or Social Media Specialist (in-house or on agency side)
Applied experience in social-media planning (Facebook / Instagram Insights / Business Account Manager) and in using Google pack (Analytics, Search Console, Google Trends, YouTube Analytics, Adwords)
Overall additional digital knowledge of Social Media content strategy, SEM / SEO, Display & Video Performance metrics and Mobile
Understanding of global digital landscape, having an interest in new trends of digital communication
Flexible and open to travel
Romanian is your native language and you are fluent in English.
University Degree (Marketing degree is a plus)
First managerial experience would be an advantage
