As global team lead for infrastructure collaboration functions you are functionally leading a team of application solution managers and Service Owners You are responsible for all collaboration services and the service portfolio.
This portfolio covers solutions in collaboration functions as e.g. enterprise social network, intranet, internet as well as surveys and workflows.
In this role you are responsible for the future development of the service portfolio within the Organization as well as continuously enhancing the respective service portfolio based on business needs and expectations in alignment with the IT budget.
Lead and develop an international team of Application Solution Managers and Services Owners.
Manage and plan the budget as well as forecast for service operation costs as well as continuous service improvements within the respective service portfolio.
Innovate and optimize the services based on continuous service improvement from technical, process and user experience side.
Verify and ensure service and process quality according to stakeholder requirements.
Run a sustainable demand management aligned with stakeholders, customers, and management.
Manage projects and take over work packages in collaboration IT and cross-divisional projects.
Creation and adaptation of the strategy for respective collaboration services.
Observation of technological innovations and future trends in alignment with the own service portfolio.
Manage the flow of information to all relevant stakeholders and represent and advertise service portfolio.
Define activities and build networks to increase user acceptance of the service.
University Degree in Computer Science, Business
Administration, Business Informatics, or similar educational background.
Proven experience in functional leadership of international teams.
2+ years of work experience in IT Service, Project Management, or related areas.
Advanced experiences in managing external providers.
Advanced and proven technical knowledge and work experience with recent collaboration, communication and Web Content Management technologies and tools e.
g. IBM Connections, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Bezzy etc.
Knowledge and experiences with Service Management as well as IT Service Management.
Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies.
Fluent English (written and spoken) and German appreciated.
Excellent communication and moderation skills.
Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders.
Willingness to travel.
