As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the Oracle CRM Cloud application 1st level support, Database administration, and gathering enhancement requirements from the user community to communicate them further for implementation.

You will also deliver training regarding the usage of this application for the Sales and Management departments within our organization.

Maintains integrity of data :

  • Work with the Country sales teams to maintain a clean consistent data set
  • Participate in the creation of European standards for data administration
  • Provide guidance to the user community for the data clean-up activities
  • Ensure that all European Accounts are created to the defined standard
  • Ensure the data entered is regularly checked and kept up to date
  • Offers support in the creation and usage of standard Reports and analyses :

  • Support the implementation of the Oracle Analytics module
  • Assist in the requirement definition for standard reports and analytics
  • Develop and create lists, reports or dashboards for CRM users
  • Train the user community experts in the use of the analytics
  • Support the users in the use and interpretation of the reports
  • Provides 1st level support to the users of the CRM application :

  • Organize and participate in the Train the Trainer courses - initially supporting the Oracle CRM resources, longer term running the courses without support
  • Provide post go live support acting as the interface between users and the Oracle CRM technical support team.
  • Resolve issues requiring simple explanations / training
  • Ensure communication with ITSS and Programme Management Teams to enable timely resolution of issues
  • Track reported issues and ensure effective and timely resolution
  • Develop and deliver a training library consisting of training material / user manuals / support procedures
  • Develop material using input from users
  • Proof reading and comments on initial drafts
  • Maintain updates of material on a SharePoint site for this purpose
  • Ensure effectiveness of the support activities of live applications
  • Monitor the status of the countries projects alerting to potential overrun as soon as possible
  • Provide assistance to the user community in the set-up and use of the Business Applications
  • Maintains a close relationship with the European CRM user community
  • Is involved in testing and validation activities for new functionalities or enhancements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant industry knowledge, solid understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and methodologies is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Software knowledge
  • Language Excellent English Other European languages would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of report writing and database principles
