Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer and Information Science
At least 1 years’ experience related to automation industry or car manufacturing company
Knowledge of electrical and fluid schematic packages
Proficient with various PLC, HMI, and software development platforms
Knowledge of systems, networks, and database applications.
Understanding of mechanical systems, their components, and the relationship of those systems to the controls software design.
Knowledge of Windows, and Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access)
Develop control system concepts and architecture according customer’s RFQ and Comau standard
Develop assembly line controls functional specifications and description
Develop controls program for assembly line, test and commissioning on site
Assist the external resource technical support
Researches, develops, and documents software interfaces.
Lays out software structure and writes logic from scratch.
Designs Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens.
Checks software programs for errors.
Provides debugging for intermediate to complex machine applications.
Participates in the machine integration and debugging process at the customer’s facility if required.
Involved from pre-sales concept to verify engineering viability
Review functional design and safety specifications prior to design & PLC programming
Engineering and design of fit for purpose schemes
