This role is an administrative professional who assists Sr. Project Managers with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities and the current state of the project.
They fulfil their obligations by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment and information. Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : Manage end to end project lifecycle, execute on project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling as well as closing.
Acting as support for Sr. Project Management as well as conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive leadership.
Ensure project adherence with agreed project scope and objectives. Prepare necessary data for budget activities based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs in order to meet the budget. Track, Report and Manage Risks, Issues & Changes that relate to project scope, schedule & budget by performing integrated change control within the program-project organization.
Manage project progress and adapt as required ensuring projects meet deadlines. Support Sr. Project Manager in developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan Implement the communication plan within the program & project structures Manage conflict & problem solving Manage stakeholders Evaluate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation and drive the team in filling the forms according to PMO standards Actively propose optimisations, process improvements and the overall approach where necessary Manage the transition to operations Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Report project status as per PMO requirements and maintain up to date actions log Protect confidential and sensitive information.
Manage project governance with the Project Core team Ensure project adherence to PMO standards Support Change Management from planning to implementation of changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles as well as organization structural changes.
