What you will be doing :
Liaising between customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Keep clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis using a customer centric approach in any circumstance
Lead entire order lifecycle, from initiation in SAP, to amendments and delivery
Provide excellent knowledge of international trade compliance and custom regulations, prepare the necessary documentation for order delivery
Administrate and create customer master data
Ensure compliance to processes and procedures defined at the departments level
Monitor constantly orders and communicate clearly the progress in a timely manner to all relevant audiences
Track key account metrics relative to order management and translate them into valuable insights are important
Tailor message to the audience and commands excellent presentation skills
Demonstrate the ability to persuade others through the presentation of analytical data to support position
Anticipating risk factors and working collaboratively with relevant parties to mitigate them, able to co-create solution and persuade when necessary
Develop a trusted advisor relationship on partner’s side and internally, by pro-active communication and with a solution-oriented mind-set
Master communication; can go "off script" and communicate a complex concept based on a deep understanding of the topics
Able to communicate well with audiences of any size, at any level (both internally and externally) and through different communication channels depending on the situation
Adopt technology and routinely uses Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Social Media and other Web technologies to provide excellent service
Maintain and develop a close interaction with sales organization in order to get early visibility on incoming projects
With a LEAN mind-set and skills (8 steps, kaizen, etc.), provide continuous improvement and feedback on recurrent issues by :
Keeping a critical eye regarding the processes and raises the issues faced
Ensuring pragmatic feedback about quality issues or questions received from the dealers
Identifying process issues and elevates for resolution
Lead, support and contribute to regional or departmental initiatives without direction, being able to cover multiple roles
Committed to self-development, updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
Able to share knowledge and offer mentoring recognizing easily the need in others : S / C field sales with pre-order meetings and performance discussions, order fulfilment process trainer and mentor for new employees or employee development situations
Who you are :
Able to work independently and in a team
2-3 years of relevant experience
Work discipline (planning and organizing skills)
Easily deals with ambiguity and navigates complexity
Social savvy : consult & network with customers, partners
Effective communicator, written and verbal. Able to organize thoughts and information before sharing
Uses social communication skills to positively interact with a variety of people
Taking prompt actions to accomplish objectives and to achieve goals; being proactive
Attention to details, customer focus, problem-solving abilities
English & a second European language are a requirement (Italian preferred, French or German)·IT skills : Microsoft Office, SAP would be a plus
