We are recruiting for an international client for its office in Bucharest, a leading multi-licensed global fintech. Their vision is to innovate through a wide range of services and products, to educate and satisfy the needs of investors in all classes, from small retail to high-net-worth individuals.
The company operates across the globe through dozens of own and partner offices in Europe, Asia, South Africa, and the Middle East.
Your main mission is :
Work with the Team Leader to understand and incorporate the goals and objectives of every project involving video or animations, based on the required parameters.
Skillfully organize and edit the footage into sequences, add music, sound effects, dialogue, voice-overs, graphics, animations, effects, and so on, to create a professional piece of communication.
Collaborate with the content creation team and other graphic designers or outsourced parties to identify and create video solutions that are in line with the business objectives
Manage different libraries for stock images, music, animation, sound effects, and video archives.
Work with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Compress, prepare, upload, and archive different types of videos for various uses.

High level of motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude;
Demonstrated experience in video and audio editing and post-production work;
Proven work experience as a video editor / audio mixer / motion graphics designer with a strong portfolio;
Experience using Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.);
Knowledge of different codecs and video file types;
Motion Graphics experience in creating titles, lower thirds, transitions, 2D onscreen graphics, icon animation, 3D video editing;
Experience in various industry-standard products and platforms is a plus;
2D and 3D animation and textual motion graphics experience (like Adobe After Effects) is a big plus;
