Overview

  • As part of the Cybersecurity, Analysis and Operations organization you will provide day-to-day oversight of a globally distributed Enterprise Vulnerability Management team;
  • manage escalations; collaborate with the tools and scanning teams; and use data to highlight vulnerabilities and drive remediation activities and process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and motivate a team of Vulnerability Management practitioners in a dynamic, global, cross-functional environment;
  • this includes establishing goals and objectives for the team, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, overseeing team member career development and training programs, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Regularly interact with senior leadership and IT Stakeholders and work cross-functionally with other leads in Cybersecurity, IT and / or business functions to meet program goals and objectives.
  • Provide detailed management level reporting and dashboards designed to demonstrate consistency against expected control outcomes and agreed-upon standard SLAs

  • Lead the development of innovative solutions and drive implementation of new tools and technologies related to vulnerability management activities that meet customer requirements and program goals
  • Supervise and work on maturing vulnerability management program services and processes as well as handle customer escalations and ensure best possible outcomes are achieved
  • Support implementation and operational best practices while taking ownership of tasks and / or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
  • Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience;
  • or equivalent combination of education / professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience leading Enterprise Vulnerability Management Programs (including PSIRT, Red Team, Pen Testing, etc.) and experience with vulnerability management tools (e.
  • g. Kenna, Nexpose, Tenable, Qualys, etc.)

  • General understanding of IT and Cybersecurity technologies and concepts peripheral to network security.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive metrics / KPIs / reporting
  • Understands change management & service management best practices with experience supporting global customers
  • Desired Requirements

  • Previous people management experience and ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across organizations and geographies;
  • builds relationships and values diverse perspectives

  • CISSP, CISM or similar security certification advantageous
