  • Manages a large and complex RANdeployment customer project in Romania - defined as key project’ by BG / market.
  • Delivers the operational and projectmultiple BG / BU scope to the customer.
  • Ensures all project and operationalmanagement is in full alignment with Nokia Mode of Operation (MoO), BG / BLguidelines and the PM Nokia methodology.
  • Plans customer project and keeps planupdated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management onall aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality (CSSQ).
  • Assures consistency among projectfinancial, product and service forecast activities.
  • Participates in pre-sales and salesprocess activities. Determines delivery approach alternatives and manages theselection of the final recommended approach to delivery.
  • Ensures hand over from Sell to Executeand from Delivery to Care is done and monitors progress against it.
  • Ensures project contract managementprocess is initiated and executed.
  • Defines the customisation of any globaloperational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet projectrequirements (for example, network operations, supply chain, logistics, andacceptance).
  • Manages the customer relationship duringdelivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer in allactivities-related to the own scope of the contract, including customer complaints,corrective actions, and changing requirements.
  • Prepares a clear and effectivecommunications plan and ensures proactive communication of all relevantinformation to the customer and to all stakeholders.
  • Monitors and controls that the project isdelivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and plannedscope.
  • Ensures that the project meets allobjectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Actively applies appropriate best practicesand lessons learned throughout the life of the project.
  • Monitors, controls and reports KPIsdefined in customer contract.
  • Ensures data in all project-relatedtools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality.
  • Conducts thorough risk management forall project risks and opportunities.
  • Seeks to define new opportunities toexpand and renew contracts with the customer.
  • Leads the project team and may performsome line manager responsibilities.
  • Completes the project closure and / orhandover as required (for example, complete contractual requirements, postcalculation, lessons learned).
  • Qualifications

  • Proven multi-year experience of leading RAN deployment projects with an end-to-end Services scope
  • Recent experience of managing a big RAN rollout in Romania (more than 1000 sites)
  • Excellent knowledge of Romanian subcontractor market, established contacts with the biggest subcontractor companies at Management level
  • Track record of Customer engagement at CTO and / or Director level
  • Strong Change Management and Commercial skills
  • Good knowledge of Digital Delivery processes and tools
  • Romanian national with fluent English
