You will report directly to the Head of HR Controlling & People Analytics and be part of a global team within Worldline HR organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You develop analytics projects, management dashboards, KPI’s and monthly & ad hoc reports
  • You participate in HR related data governance and ensure high quality and acceptance on operational data
  • You maintain a catalogue of key HR KPIs, which includes the data standards and is the basis for self-service reporting and analytics
  • You are a point of contact for HR reporting & analytics tools and supporting People Analytics / SAC Power users, filtering incidents and if necessary sending them to the IT team
  • You partner and coordinate with HR / business and IT experts on analytics needs and improvements, translating requests into functional requirements
  • You support the global projects such as implementing and improving tools

  • You identify ways of improving your daily work in order to be more efficient and effective
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • Strong academic background : statistics, maths, business administration, computer science or psychology
  • Your English and Polish is at very good level
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in analytics and reporting
  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics / SAC
  • You are data driven and aim to produce valuable insights as well as presenting it to stake holders the best way
  • Very good consulting skills, with the ability to plan and deliver analytics projects, as well as to write and deliver compelling communications
  • Skills we’d like :

  • Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP BW
  • Working experience in HR business analyst role
  • You are dynamic and positive, with a proactive mind
  • Willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization
