Responsible for all aspects of administering incentives for sweepstakes and points programs;
Performs QA for each panel, e.g. tests set up and overall functionality of community website; checks recruitment data for accuracy post launch;
Assists with maintaining the panel : prepares panel health reports for manager’s review;
Coordinates engagement content for community portal updates (e.g. quick poll, blog article, discussion topic);
Performs survey data cleaning (speed checks, check open end questions).
Required skillset :
Mandatory advanced level of English; (knowledge of a secondary language is considered a plus);
Relevant experience in client service technical support is preferable;
Excellent written / verbal communication skills : enjoys speaking daily with customers and with staff base;
Excellent time management skills and logical approach to problem solving;
Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet-driven applications;
Panel management, marketing research operations, or project management experience a definite asset.
