    This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a fast-paced commercial team and is interested in sharing knowledge, collaboration and succeeding together.

    We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated team members, who are ready to support our global operations.

    The Inside Sales Team supports Sales by providing documentation and assistance in maintaining data. As part of the daily activities, Inside Sales also answers incoming enquiries (web / phone), identifies commercial opportunities, and connects the leads with the regional sales teams.

    Key responsibilities include :

    Manage incoming leads and sales enquiries from all phone and email, qualify, respond, and handover to the responsible salesperson, according to our automated and standardized workflows.

    Support the Sales Team by sending standard information packages to leads, preparing proposals, and providing additional client support activities during formal proposal and compliance processes.

    Coordinate and take ownership of the team’s processes, procedures, and their correct implementation.

    Data quality & control (data maintenance, ensuring information is up to date and complete).

    Collaborate with various stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of products & services.

    Apply and extend your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge.


    The ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members, based on Sustainalytics’ relationship-focused consultative sales philosophy.

    The candidate should have the following qualifications :

  • Alignment with Sustainalytics’mission, vision and values;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Business experience 3-5 yrs required;
  • Adaptability & Proactivity


  • Willing to take ownership and initiative (fill in gaps);
  • Creative and innovative

  • Paying excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize and self-organize;
  • Commercial support mindset and good time management skills;
  • English fluency required (C1);
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Business fluency in one or more of the following languages is desired : French, Spanish, German

    Familiar with management systems (e.g. CRM, produce reports) and able to adapt to other business software; and

    Ability to travel a few times per year elsewhere in Europe or very occasionally internationally.
