We are inviting applications for the role of OTC SME, Assistant Manager - English

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Order to Cash domain expertise for process centralization and transitions : process understanding, evaluation and mapping;
  • data analysis (i.e. volumes for effort requirement, process performance levels assessment); SLA & KPI definition; risks and mitigating actions, process transformation and improvements identification;
  • Participates to Order to Cash solutions design for the commercial proposals;
  • Business meetings with the potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales activities;
  • Present OTC solutions to client executives and sales team;
  • Engaged in Solution Identification and Reengineering assignments;
  • Identify transformation opportunities following deep dives and drive implementation;
  • Performs Assessments of process health & adherence to CMPs and SOFs; Ensures there is a rigorous follow up mechanism to complete the action resulting from the gaps identified;
  • Participates in the development of the toolkit for OTC trainings; Active participation in Development Programs (e.g. BUILD, Grow, Gateway);
  • Refine Order to Cash process data repository : industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking;
  • New idea generation for both new domain product creation and technology enabled solutions;
  • Participation in new product innovation initiatives;
  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training operations team regarding the processes whenever necessary;
  • Updating the working procedures periodically;
  • Building strategic relationship skills experience with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives;
  • Extensive understanding of the End to End Process with reasonable understanding of linkages;
  • Exposure to tools and technologies offered to enhance effectiveness of the assigned Process;
  • Spend management and sourcing capabilities;
  • Is open to extensive traveling;
  • REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in OTC;
  • Relevant project management experience;
  • Previous experience in a BPO / Call Center / Shared Services environment represents an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms.

  • Very good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Good problem solving abilities;
  • Good change management abilities;
  • Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude;
  • Ability to work and act independently.
