eMAG Marketplace is looking for a self-motivated Communications Manager, with experience handling both internal and external business communication.
The ideal candidate will be eager to tackle the challenges of developing content that will consolidate and create new pillars of engagement among the marketplace partners.
Top candidates will be skilled at creating content that offer both transparency and perspective on all aspects related to eMAG Marketplace.
The ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communications is a must. Our communications manager will be our spokesperson.
What will you do in our team?
Define and implement eMAG Marketplace’s communication strategy with its partners (communication channels, tone of voice, contact points, etc)
Organize the department’s activity to ensure all communication needs are fulfilled
Promote and train all Marketplace employees to adopt the new communication strategy in their day to day activity
Managing and monitoring the transactional communication flows with the partners (frequency, urgency, types of messages, etc) to ensure the best CTRs
Finding effective and innovative ways to communicate new programs and products dedicated to the partners, all changes related to the business relationship between them and eMAG Marketplace;
Coordinating the eMAG Academy project, our online tutorial database, with the purpose of reducing the support needs of our partners
Working closely with BG and HU teams with regard to the communication strategy;
Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials, whenever needed
Manage projects to ensure content is publication-ready and in by the deadline
Validate with eMAG PR for all external communications

Excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content;
Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI;
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure;
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field;
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred);
Experience in Claims and Relationship Manager would represent an advantage;
Advanced English skills.
