Main Responsibilities

  • The EMEA Leader for HR Services will lead a regional team of 20+ employees responsible for delivering HR administrative work as well as consolidating and enhancing administrative processes throughout the regions.
  • Some of these processes include : data entry, records management, systems support and training, payroll data capture, benefits, reporting, leave administration, learning administration and other employee support services.

  • This leader will partner with other Regional Leader and the HRS Senior Director to provide global solutions to optimize administrative processes.
  • Align EMEA delivery strategy to HR model and achieve productivity of 1% year over year
  • Manage team with about 20+ members in the organization.
  • Provide day to day leadership to the EMEA HRS Backoffice team in Bucharest
  • Drive consolidation and standardization of HR Administrative work throughout the HR function in EMEA.
  • Prepare work to be transitioned to the appropriate delivery channel within HR Services or a qualified vendor.
  • Implement and develop a robust governance structure that ensures high Customer Satisfaction.
  • Implement an operating system based on Lean and Six Sigma quality principles that measures critical metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the continuous improvement culture, challenge conventional thinking, and identify new programs and services that will enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain adherence to SOX compliance, security policy and GDPR guidelines
  • Oversee day to day vendor management and manage co-source relationships.
  • Assure roles / responsibilities are understood and clear ongoing communication is reinforced inside and outside of HR Administration
  • Assure cross training plans are in place for region and measure progress in training coverage.

  • Ability to quickly perceive opportunities to develop strategic relationships / partnerships.
  • Able to influence the actions and opinions of others in a desired direction; to exhibit judgment in leading others to worthwhile objectives.
  • Qualifications

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources or Shared Services organization.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Understanding of strategic impact of technology and expert in leveraging technology for communications and processes.
  • Bias towards process improvement streamlining of data workflow.
  • Experience in management of large organizations across multiple countries.
  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Oracle and other HR systems or technologies.
  • Knowledge of Information Protection and Data Privacy legislation for the region.
  • Strong project management background; Six Sigma Belt or Lean Expert certification preferred.
  • Relevant advanced degree or certification highly preferred.
