Talent Acquisition Specialist (m / f / d)RO-AG-Pitesti-PIT0000KG

Your tasks :

  • Handle the end to end recruiting process for white and blue collar positions;
  • Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position requirements;
  • Prepares the recruiting strategy for allocated positions;
  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers in order to identify current and future needs to supply proactive recruiting and ensure continuous pipeline of candidates;
  • Screen candidate to assess skill & culture fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers ;
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks);
  • Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience;
  • Manage candidate assessment process, evaluate skill level, oversee background / reference checks and any necessary testing;
  • Organize and facilitate the interview process, keep the close contact between the candidates and hiring managers and provide feedback ;
  • Manage internal database and follow internal procedures and regulations;
  • Organize and participate in career events and employer branding activities (job fairs and recruiting events);
  • Prepare reports, company presentations, recruiting strategy according to internal need and requirements.
  • Your skills :

  • University (BS or Master) degree in Human resources or relevant field;
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in house and / or in a recruitment agency / HR experience;
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
  • Strong organization and project management skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines;
  • Ability to utilize market research tools and techniques;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
