NTT DATA Services is currently looking for an S CCM / Intune (MEM) Engineer for our growing team in Romania.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support SCCM co-managed environment along with supporting Intune and Autopilot
Responsible for upgrading the infrastructure and maintaining it with 99.99% uptime
Perform health checks of the environment and ensure periodic maintenance
Act as a technical lead for the team in SCCM / Intune and build the competency within the team by taking triages and deep dives
Participate in development of innovative solutions to improve environment and reduce overall support
Interface with customer and account-based teams on projects
Perform complex troubleshooting activities
Provide 3rd Level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues
Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused / leveraged accounts
