Project : An engineering and manufacturing company.
To be responsible for the maintenance of the water supply system, sewage and storm water network. To manage statutory activities linked to the : sewage laboratory tests, industrial water and drinking water, hydrants, sprinklers, diesel pump.
Your responsibilities will include :
Preparing the documentation for obtaining the authorisations. Elaborating work permits for fire, closed spaces, work at height.
Following and executing the planned maintenance plan for utilities and validate the activity of the suppliers.
Checking and supervising restart air conditioning, perform preventive maintenance at AC, HVAC and recording data.
Supervising the compressor station and the compressed air network and performs purges at constant intervals.
Checking the office area and production hall and report any irregularities to the building maintenance engineer, electrician or facility manager if necessary.
Performing maintenance operations for the water station, boilers, sprinkler installation, ACS, smoke sensors, firebox, sewerage, compressed air, AC, HVAC.
Performing pneumatic connections to machine tools from the production areas, maintenance of plumbing, pluvial, door protection fencing production hall.
Checking and resetting the fire alarm system in the event of a false alarm and notify the utility engineer.
Executing 5S in the outer enclosure and the facilities areas.
Using the LSW tool in daily activities and review its content quarterly.
Proposing Kaizen / month in line with factory targets.
Participating in all meetings where its function is required (daily meetings level 1,2).
You have a relevant experience or qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have a similar role in a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
