Do you want to be a part of a growing and energetic startup with a product spanning 190 countries? Tradeshift is disrupting the enterprise software space in a big way. B2B has entered the Platform Era and we are leading the charge! Tradeshift connects companies of all sizes and provides them with the platform, network, and tools needed to develop apps and communicate in real-time. We are redefining an enterprise space that has seen little change in many years.
This is a dual role where your primary focus will be on data and your secondary focus will be on software development. You are an Analyst with experience in basic development or a PHP developer who has a keen interest in data. Whatever you are, you are willing to learn the other side. Data is mission critical in a support organization, it drives process implementation and improvements, customer conversations, product feedback, internal development and more. You will work directly with the different support teams and across our peer departments at Tradeshift and report into our Support Engineering Manager.

Our Bucharest office is full of “rebels” - people who like to challenge the status quo. We’re a fun group always looking for ways to make an impact and we enjoy the freedom and autonomy we are allowed in our jobs.
Our culture began day one when three Danes poured their brains, heart, and guts into creating a platform that could connect every business in the world. We expect each employee to approach their work with the same amount of pride and passion. One day you might find us having a ping pong match in the middle of the work day, and then you’ll find us handing off projects to colleagues in different time zones so we can continue progress around the clock.
