As a Field Support Engineer, you will :
Provide advanced technical support for the Existing and New Installation departments - travel on site when the escalated issues can't be solved remotely;
Travel on site to support the commissioning and start-up of complex projects, typically high-rise projects, or complex equipment, such as Miconic TX, Miconic-
10, Schindler ID, Lobby Vision, e-vision, etc.
Support the field in the installation, commissioning and start-up of pre-series and / or 0-series from new products in introduction phase;
Serve as source of expertise to the rest of the Technical & Field Support Organization to ensure they are used to feed the continuous improvement cycle;
Establish actions for closing gaps and agree with Technical & Field Support Director on the expected impact;
Provide training sessions as organized by the Training Coordinator;
Establish actions for closing gaps and agree with Technical & Field Support Director the expected deadline.

Technical Studies in mechanical or electrical engineering;
Passion for engineering and genuine interest in technological innovations;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Team-player attitude and positive state-of-mind;
Ability to work on site and travel exensively if needed;
Project management skills - capacity to multitask and prioritize;
Sense of responsibility and urgency;
High business ethics;
Fluent Romanian and good command of English;
Valid drivers licence (B).
