The PMO team is responsible for designing and running project plans, engaging with the stakeholders and managing international project teams of Conduent workstream managers and client teams.
The clients are well-known brands coming from industries ranging from Telco to Automotive.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end the transition of in scope business from a client’s ex-vendor, or in-house, into the Conduent’s established operational site(s).
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher
PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
Has relevant project management experience
Fluent in English (written and oral) C1 / C2
Good client-facing and internal communication skills
Good people management skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Relevant experience in contact center services or equivalent environment
Relevant experience in corporate processes and procedures
Knowledge of project management principles including use of project management tools (MS Project)
Experience in working with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Confluence, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
Business consulting skills and knowledge including negotiations, assessments, presentations, listening, influence decisions and researching
Able to work independent and self-manage the daily activity
Self-motivated to deliver quality and to learn fast
Main responsibilities :
Gathers the project information to define the project scope and timeline
Onboards the project team
Develops tactical and achievable project plans and monitors the delivery against performance measures and milestones
Create and updates comprehensive project documentation
Assigns tasks to the project team members
Manages day-to-day the project and supports the team members to remove any roadblock
Gathers the relevant documents for the creation of workflows, operating procedures and metrics for process improvement and assists with related communications
Tracks and reports progress of the project
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional communication
Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional employees, to successfully execute projects
Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
Performs research to identify the needed resources and information required for the project / task successful delivery
Report and escalate to the relevant stakeholder as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with all the work-streams and client team (including its vendors)
