As C&C Subject Matter Expert in our Financial Shared Service, you will act as C&C Process Business Owner and you will be responsible for providing support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the C&C Function and you will use your in dept C&C knowledge to coach and mentor existing C&C team member.
In this role you will need C&C domain skills, excellent project managements skills, a process improvement mindset, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate solution and coordinate different project implications.
In this role you will :
Apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to contribute to the development and improvement of Credit & Collection processes;
Identify opportunities to provide improved productivity and reduce costs; Make suggestions with respect to system enhancements and process improvements;
Together with C&C Group Manager, you will build the governance and framework for O2C tower and ensures that FSSC team members adhere to the core operating model as defined;
Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative; Respond to C&C inquiries regarding end to end processes;
Take the lead in gap analysis that will result in completion of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the new processes brought in FSSC;
Be an Individual Contributor, responsible for the analysis and documentation of process and functions within FSSC;
Prepare flowcharts and other related reporting packages to track both project deliverables / timelines and key issues;
Assist the operations team during training and ramp up phases;
Liaise with local Learning & Development teams to facilitate learning, processes improvement / validation and logistical coordination;
Provide expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter;
Liaise with the Order Management team to identify end to end process improvement opportunities;
Develop and train stuff on Oracle functionality and efficient ways to utilize the system;
Evaluate system changes and the impact to the closing process;
Resolve business issues relating to business rule execution;
Review the results of ERP testing.
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy;
Experience of 5-7 years in an SSC or BPO environment, particularly in Financial Accounting Activities. Transition or migration experience is strongly desired;
Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle preferred) & Excel;
PMP, Lean or Six Sigma qualification / trainings is an advantage;
Full O2C experience is an advantage.
