Be accountable for checking the level of quality of CRQs (documentation)
Support Change owners during the preparation of changes
Support the change owner to verify the impact of the changes to the operated services within Vodafone
Ensure that all change requests are properly evaluated and authorised by the relevant parties
Recommend and execute improvement actions
Be accountable for process compliance within the scope of change management
Generate regular reports on Change Mgmt performance
Keep a high level of communication with VNO Change Management Stakeholders
Responsible of the awareness of the Change Management Process and rules across all the Change Requesters
