NTT DATA Services is currently looking for an S CCM / Intune (MEM) Engineer for our growing team in Romania.
Responsibilities
3rd Level Support for any server downtime, able to handle requests and incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure concepts and co-management using Intune
Interface with customer and account-based teams on projects
Perform complex troubleshooting activities
Provide 3rd Level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues
Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account focused / leveraged accounts
Troubleshooting Windows server / client and Networking issues, server side as well as client-side issues
Create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients
Handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM
Generate custom reports using SQL queries
Handle Sev 1 / 2 scenarios
Single point of escalation for all technical issues
Key skills
Advance level of knowledge about SCCM infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers and distribution points, co-management and Cloud Management Gateway
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Config Manager, Intune; Co-managed environment)
Deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, using Configuration Manager and Intune
Very sound knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology
Able to develop custom deployment scripts; VBS, batch, PowerShell
Understanding on Package server, Task server, server concepts
Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suite all Levels
Demonstrates a good understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands
Demonstrates good knowledge of Windows Server administration to include AD, domains, policies etc.
In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices
Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration
