Your Impact :
A successful Cloud Delivery Manager will work in concert and collaboratively with clients and software implementation project teams.
The critical areas of focus will include defining expectations, the roles and responsibilities between parties and to serve as an effective liaison, representing the best interest of Cloud customers within the PTC eco-system.
The Cloud Delivery Managers' efforts ensure client satisfaction and project schedule compliance as customers transition into the PTC Cloud environment.
By fostering a partnership relationship, the Cloud Delivery Manager sets the foundation for a long term, satisfied Cloud client that positively influences Cloud / PTC financial goals and allows clients to realize full product and services value.
Your Team :
The Delivery Manager will influence outcomes through teamwork and persuasion with no direct reporting structure to the Delivery Manager.
The Cloud Delivery Manager will work within a team of other Cloud Delivery Managers. They are responsible for building a strong rapport with other Cloud teams as well as with other PTC organization functions and individuals that will be instrumental in enabling the Cloud Delivery Manager to perform their role with excellence.
Lastly, the Cloud Delivery Manager will become a key team member and facilitator within the client project team, engaging with key client executives, stakeholders, project team PM's and implementation team individual contributors.
Your Day-to-Day :
Engaging with multiple clients daily (or hourly) requiring preparation and follow up
Reviewing, managing, and aligning project plans with implementation teams
Creating project plans and hour by hour cutover plans in coordination with implementation teams
Daily internal coordination calls with the Cloud Delivery team to schedule requested work related to Cloud infrastructure and applications
Delivering Client onboarding material to establish expectations and roles and responsibilities
Execute Post Go transition checklist and ensure a smooth transition of the account into a production, run-state phase.
As required, organize an effective hand-off to an assigned Cloud Service Manager
During the implementation phase, represent the customer's interest and, as needed, engage with the entire PTC organization to remove blockers to Go Live.
Escalate issues and oversee the resolution of issues as need, into the PTC Organization
Providing regular, meaningful updates, status, and next steps to clients, project teams, and Cloud leadership

Skilled in the use and delivery of Microsoft applications, include Powerpoint, Excel, and Gantt charts
