The person will manage full cycle recruitment from capturing and validating the demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks to pre-
onboarding engagement of new joiners. The responsibilities also include influence and guide hiring leaders to leverage the best practices in hiring and also drive employment offers discussions by partnering with hiring management and working cross functionally with HR and Compensation teams.
She / he will participate in either awareness or sourcing events and project a realistic image of the industry organization to the external market.
