Reporting to : Capital Purchasing Team Leader or Regional Sourcing Lead
What this job involves :
Support to cluster / project buyers with sourcing initiatives, preparation of tender documents, communication with suppliers, offer analysis
Small projects / sourcing initiatives execution (RFQ, RFP)
Ensure all JLL and Client's sourcing and contracting standards are maintained
Manage supplier relationships
Support regional and global sourcing initiatives
Execute lean management principles for continuous improvement
Enable hard savings / cost avoidance / value adds delivery
Responsible for sourcing initiatives documentation and end-end process, administration, compliance, archiving
Support buyers with execution of purchasing activities for the region
Liaison with suppliers for documents collecting in proposal processes (sourcing, procurement initiatives, pre-qualification, assessments).
Provide required reporting and decks
Provide purchasing support to stakeholders
Contribution to compliance deliverables and savings delivery for the region and respective reporting (Hard savings / cost avoidance / value adds)
Risk Management. Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the execution of effective sourcing strategies
Support JLL global and regional sourcing programs, as requested by the Management. Give input, feedback and assist with the execution in the cluster.
Point of contact for the central P2P group (SAP) to resolve queries or payment issues with suppliers
Responsible for the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with JLL contracting best practices and standards.
Flow to work (additional purchasing projects) depending on the business need.
Desired skills and experience for this job
Experience in purchasing environment for medium / big sized company 2 years
Degree in Business Administration highly desired
Organisation skills, Strong Analytical ability required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer Service : Commitment to solve requests and problems
Past experience working in outsourcing or for Client as advantage
Flexible, adaptive and innovative person, who is open for changes
Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools
Knowledge of SAP, E1 / JDE is a plus
Fluent in English, fluent knowledge of Russian, French, German or Dutch would be an advantage
