Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.

Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.


  • Serve as the first level of support to the Oracle sales teams in the region with any questions or help needed to make a Nor1 Cloud Services sale.
  • Support the development of strategic and business marketing campaigns specific to the region
  • Develop business proposals and make presentations to client senior management for buy-in and approval
  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology / application to client business
  • Facilitate the customer product / application understanding through presentations
  • Understand the competition in the region and how to best sell against each competitor
  • Develop networking opportunities through active participation in industry and professional association events and memberships
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the CRM system, documenting contacts, leads and all sales calls with a high level of detail and timeliness
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Information Management
  • 5 + years in a Sales role for a hotel, hotel technology vendor or an OTA
  • 10+ years experience in travel and / or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French, German or Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Working experience in an international environment is a plus
